I recently purchased five different relaxation CDs from Amazon to help with stress reduction. Letting go of Stress is by far the best of the five. I like this one the best because the music is excellent and the narrator's voice is very calming.... (Read full review at Amazon)

This is a very relaxing CD.I have yet to get through it without falling to sleep.I like the elevator ride very much.You will fall asleep before you get off of the elevator in most cases. (Read full review at Amazon)
