Below average quality product. I am a professional photographer. Onscreen color and contrast are very important in preparing images for print or web applications. Consistancy between monitors is also important.

The monitor is performing good. The screen is a 19 inch and the chassis is the size of a 17 inch screen. I am satisfied with this monitor overall and the ease of use for the menus. The flat screen is good at reducing eye strain. (Read full review at Pricegrabber)

The computer industry, more so than most other fields, loves to write-off older technology but even cursory research into displays will reveal that CRTs still have much to offer. This review will be taking a look at NEC's new MultiSync FE992, a 19" display. Given the size and specs this would have, some time ago, been a desirable product but today it will be overlooked by many people who only want a LCD display.
